115 Midtowne Opens For Business

RALEIGH, N.C. – Tim Fletcher, General Manager of 115 Midtowne, a sophisticated North Hills restaurant, has announced that the restaurant, located at 4421 Six Forks Road at the former Cappers location, is open weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. On weekends, the restaurant is open until 11:00 p.m.  Under the direction of Chef Scott Cole, the menu is an elegant presentation of contemporary metropolitan food, with select international recipes ranging from Portugal to Jamaica to Tuscany.
