1705Prime Chophouse Names Executive Chef

RALEIGH, N.C. – Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality , has announced that Todd Ohle, director of culinary for Rocky Top Hospitality, has been named executive chef of 1705Prime Chophouse and Events, a steakhouse and catering facility located at 1705 E. Millbrook Road. Ohle began his culinary career in upscale dining restaurants, and later as a private chef in many Miami Beach residences, including the home of the late Gianni Versace. Ohle joined Rocky Top Hospitality in 2001 as executive chef at Michael Dean’s and later helped to open their second restaurant, Bogart’s American Grill, as well as their sixth restaurant, Twisted Fork, in 2003. Ohle earned a degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America in New York.

“Todd has been a dynamic and instrumental member of our team since he first walked through our doors six years ago,” said Ogan. “He will be a great complement to 1705Prime.”
