RALEIGH, N.C. – Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality has announced that 1705Prime Chophouse and Events, a steakhouse and catering facility located at 1705 E. Millbrook Road, will participate in Dish it Up, Raleigh! on Sunday, Sept. 9 from 3-8 p.m. at Triangle Town Center. Dish it Up, Raleigh! is a one-of-a-kind culinary event that challenges the area’s premiere restaurants to showcase their tastiest and healthiest dishes. Dish it Up, Raleigh! will include food tasting, cooking demonstrations for adults and children, live music and children’s activities throughout the day. The event features local restaurants who donate their time, talents and food, with all proceeds benefiting the WakeMed Children’s Center.
A special Dish it Up, Raleigh! Cookbook will be available for purchase on the day of the event and will feature all participating restaurants, their chefs and each signature dish being served at the event. Cookbooks are $10 each, and proceeds will benefit the WakeMed Children’s Center. Tasting tickets will be available for purchase online, as well as on the day of the event.
