As the newest member of the MMI blog, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I’m Brian Farmer, Vice President of Commercial Leasing for Coldwell Banker Commercial Trademark Properties and also leasing agent for EastPoint, which currently has me running in fifty different directions. If you haven’t heard, EastPoint is a 60-acre commercial office and warehouse development in Knightdale, North Carolina. I am extremely excited to be able to share some of the experiences that occur as I work on this exiting new development. The project has a lot going on right now, and there will be many updates to come, so stay tuned.

Public Relations for the N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) U.S. 1/64
MMI Associates was contracted to handle media relations and to organize various efforts to open the communication lines between the construction entities on the project and motorists. The firm developed a strategic public relations campaign to ensure that local motorists and those passing through would be aware of the most up-to-date traffic patterns.
