RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.– Lee Buckner, partner at BBH Design, has announced that David Palacios, AIA, has joined the architectural firm as project manager. Palacios is a graduate of the National University of Mexico and has completed graduate courses in City Planning at the Georgia Institute of Technology
