Billie Redmond Appointed To Wake County Board Of Commissioners Facilities Advisory Committee

RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has been appointed to the Wake County Board of Commissioners School Construction Advisory Committee. Redmond joins the 12-member board that will review projections for enrollment, data for school construction costs and life-cycle costs, and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs of new school construction. The group will provide their findings to the board, commission and residents.
