RALEIGH, N.C. – John Sperath, president of Blue Ribbon Residential Construction, a fully licensed residential contracting firm that provides interior and exterior remodeling services, has announced that Steve D. Attix has joined the company as a project manager. In this position, Attix will be responsible for the successful management and coordination of multiple remodeling projects. The focus of his work will involve managing project plans and overseeing project bids, estimates, change orders and scope of work contracts, as well as coordinating project requirements with subcontractors, inspectors and customers throughout Raleigh, Cary, Apex and Holly Springs. Attix has 29 years of industry experience and over 12 years within project management. He is a resident of Cary.
