Brian Farmer To Lead Local Commercial Realty Organization

RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Brian Farmer, vice president of leasing services for Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has been named president of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). As president, Farmer leads a group of 550 commercial real estate professionals, and oversees TCAR meetings, programs and activities. Farmer has been a TCAR member since 1997; in 2004, Farmer was selected to serve on the board of directors; and he was named president-elect in 2005.
