Bryant-Phillips Associates Contracted For Restoration After Lightning Strikes Cary Home

by MMI

APEX, N.C. – Wesley Phillips, president of Bryant-Phillips Associates, Inc., a Licensed General Contractor specializing in fire, water, and smoke damage restoration, has announced that the company has been contracted to provide fire and water damage restoration to a Cary residence. The damage occurred after the home was struck by lightning and caught fire in June, destroying much of the interior beyond repair. The home will require a comprehensive restoration of the residence to eliminate signs of smoke damage, in addition to remodeling services for the kitchen, living room and master bathroom. To make repairs, Bryant-Phillips will examine the structure’s integrity by removing all water and fire debris and replacing components compromised by the damage.

“When a home is damaged by lightning, it leaves many with a sense of instability,” said Phillips. “We want to offer families assurance that Bryant-Phillips will provide the most comprehensive restoration services available, as well as provide homeowners with the B-PA Guarantee, which pledges that we will complete all restorations by the agreed upon completion date or we will cover all additional living expenses.”
