APEX, N.C. – Wesley Phillips, president of Bryant-Phillips Associates, Inc., a Licensed General Contractor specializing in fire, water, and smoke damage restoration, has announced the introduction of a guarantee program, The B-PA Guarantee Program, that gives the insured a written guarantee about the amount of time needed to repair property, if the insured is forced to move out because of damages. If Bryant-Phillips is unable to repair the property by the deadline, the firm will pay the insured all additional living expenses beyond the guaranteed completion date. All repairs completed under The B-PA Guarantee Program are guaranteed for one year.
“It can be a traumatic experience for anyone to have to move out of their home because of damages,” said Phillips. “The B-PA Guarantee Program is our way of telling the insured that we are committed to restoring their property in a timely manner.”
