Business North Carolina Magazine Names Walter E. Daniels Of Daniels Daniels & Verdonik, P.A. To Legal Elite

RTP, N.C. –Daniels Daniels & Verdonik, P.A., Research Triangle Park’s first resident law firm, is pleased to announce that Walter E. Daniels has been named to Business North Carolina Magazine’s 2006 Legal Elite. Daniels was recognized in the category of Business Law for the third consecutive year. The results are based on a survey sent to each of the 17,000 members of the State Bar living in North Carolina who vote for the best practitioner in 12 business-related practice areas. The list is comprised of less than three percent of all the lawyers in North Carolina.

About Walter E. Daniels: Walter E. Daniels focuses his practice on the corporate, financial and intellectual property needs of technology-based companies, including such matters as corporate finance, venture capital, and transactions involving technology. Daniels attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar, graduating as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and with honors. He earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a M.A. in Public Policy Sciences from Duke University. Daniels currently serves as a Director of the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) and as a member of the Advisory Board of the North Carolina Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC). He has received a number of awards and honors, including being selected as the recipient of the “NCEITA 21" Legal-Financial Award and as the “Service Provider of the Year” by the CED.
