BENSON, A.Z. – John and Kerryn House, owners of Catalina Development Corporation, have announced they are relocating the firm’s corporate headquarters from Tucson, Ariz. to Benson. The Catalina Development Corporation provides construction and renovation needs to commercial and residential real estate properties. They are currently constructing homes for the new residential development, House Ridge Estates, a development located in Benson featuring a 33 single-family home site starting at $239,000.
