Todd Wahler Joins Local Commercial Real Estate Firm
Raleigh, NC – Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that licensed NC Real Estate Broker, Todd Wahler, has joined the firm. Wahler brings a multi-faceted knowledge of real estate drawn from more than 10 years of industry experience in construction management, property management and commercial development to the organization. A Raleigh native, Wahler is a graduate of North Carolina State University and is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation
of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
