Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Announces New Chief Operating Officer

RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Ed Bonner has been named chief operating officer. In this position, Bonner will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the firm including finances, human resources, sales, marketing and business planning. He has been President of Corporate Express’ South Atlantic Operating Division for the past 8 years and previous to that spent 13 years in Sales, Sales Management and General Management positions with Steelcase Office Furniture.
“Ed has more than 26 years of experience and he possesses a keen understanding of business operations,” said Redmond. “He is the ideal person to oversee and help improve our operations as we continue to grow and develop.”
