Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Announces New Regional Director Of Communities Management

RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Colleen Cox has been named the firm’s new regional director of communities management. In this position, Cox will oversee the operational management of departmental and property performance, budget adherence and marketing for communities. Cox will also be required to manage the recruitment, development and retention of on-site personal within a number of the firm’s major commercial property construction projects.

Prior to being named regional director of communities management, Cox served as an on-site property manager for the firm. She has over 10 years of industry experience in residential management and sales, including serving as the business development manager and marketing director for Century 21 Winner’s Circle. She resides in Raleigh.
