Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Names Chief Financial Officer

RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Craig Coss has joined the firm as chief financial officer. In this position, Coss will align all financial and fiscal management aspects of the firm’s operations, as well as oversee the leadership and coordination of administrative, business planning, accounting and budget efforts for TradeMark Properties. He joins the firm with 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, the last 11 of which were spent at Highwoods Properties in Raleigh. A native of Hagerstown, Md., Coss holds an Accounting degree from Towson University in Towson, Md. and resides in Raleigh with his wife, Susan.
