RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Brian Farmer, vice president of commercial leasing services, has been promoted to president of advisory services. In this position, he will consolidate and manage an advisory services team responsible for brokerage, leasing, new business development and marketing.

In 10 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, Farmer has handled close to 500 commercial transactions. He has served as president of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and is also an active member of the Raleigh and Durham Chambers of Commerce.
