Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Names President Of Residential Asset Management

RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Ed Batchelor has been named president of residential asset management. In this position, he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential asset management division, as well as new business development and overall customer service.

Batchelor graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He holds over 30 years of industry experience, 13 of which were spent as senior regional manager for Equity Residential and most recently vice president of Artery Property Management in Bethesda, Md. Batchelor is affiliated with several industry-based organizations, including the Institute for Real Estate Management and the Triangle Apartment Association. A native of Spring Hope, N.C., he resides in Cary, N.C. with his wife, Margaret.
