RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Herb Cunningham, senior investment broker at the firm, has represented the buyer in the purchase of 323 Distribution Drive, a 138,000-square-foot warehouse located at Keystone Park. The total value of the transaction was $5,792,602.14. Situated in Durham, N.C., Keystone Park has three exits onto Interstate 40 within one mile, and has been built, owned and managed by the Keystone Corporation.
