Raleigh, NC –Stewart Patch, Commercial Leasing Representative for Coldwell Banker Commercial Trademark Properties, represented the seller, Thomas L. Donothan, in a sale transaction of a two-story flex/office building located at 2730 Rowland Road in Raleigh. The 16,000 square foot property was sold for $1.07 million to Bay Leaf Properties, LLC.
