DURHAM, N.C. – Kevin Woody, vice president and sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston South Square office, has announced that the first Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Inaugural Golf Challenge will be held at the Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Course in Chapel Hill on Thursday, Sept. 21 starting at 1 p.m. This tournament will benefit the Howard Perry and Walston Foundation, which supports several organizations including the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. Entry fee is $250 per four-person team and includes green fees, club valet, registration, carts, range balls and five drink tickets. Team members must be Howard Perry and Walston realtors or employees; non-participants can join the gallery at $10 per person for two drinks and a pig pickin’ dinner at the end of the tournament that will have prizes, recognition of sponsors and a trophy for the winning team.
