RALEIGH, N.C. – Debbie Houston, president of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services, has announced that Allison Moriarty has joined the firm as a new sales manager for the Builder Services division. Moriarty has been in the real estate industry since 1997 and has several years of experience in onsite sales. She will work with the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services team to provide sales and marketing services for the firms new home communities. Moriarty was honored as Sales Manager of the Year in 2003 and served as a past chair of Major Achievements in Marketing and Excellence (MAME) and on the special events committee for the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC).
