DURHAM, N.C. – Kevin Woody, sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston South Square office, has announced that David Padilla, Karyn Cho and Justin Hunter have joined the firm’s Durham real estate division. Padilla attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is a former New York City Police Department lieutenant, who served 21 years in Harlem and South Bronx. Cho earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has had a previous career in retail management. Hunter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from North Carolina Central University and has previous careers in sales.
