KNIGHTDALE, N.C. – Brian Farmer, vice president of commercial leasing at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties and leasing agent for EastPoint, has announced that Square D Corporation has signed a long-term lease to retain office space on the EastPoint property, located at 8001 Hwy US 64 Knightdale Blvd. The space will house the company’s 350 employees who currently work at this location. The rest of the 60-acre property, which contains office laboratory, and manufacturing facilities, is available for various commercial, manufacturing and retail developments. Square D Corporation is a former owner of the EastPoint property and now represents the first major lease agreement for the Knightdale redevelopment.

“We are excited to come to an agreement with Square D to keep their Knightdale operations and employees in the same location,” said Farmer. “This is the first step of our plans for EastPoint and we look forward to working with other organizations to develop the location as a business hub for eastern Wake County.”
