EastPoint Signage Unveiled

The new EastPoint signage is up! On Tuesday, February 27, the EastPoint redevelopment property in Knightdale officially unveiled its new signage, marking a significant stepping-stone for the economic growth and outlook for the town of Knightdale. Make sure to sneak a peak at the new sign when driving through Knightdale on Knightdale Boulevard. I want to thank everyone that has played a part in making this signage a reality. The countless hours of planning and meetings have paid off two-fold by the final results. Special appreciation needs to go out to Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties and Grady Matthews, Principal at Granite Development, LLC, and primary developer for EastPoint. Their partnership on this project has proven to be a fantastic asset to the overall growth and development of eastern Wake County. See below for a photo of the new EastPoint signage.

Public Relations for the N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) U.S. 1/64
MMI Associates was contracted to handle media relations and to organize various efforts to open the communication lines between the construction entities on the project and motorists. The firm developed a strategic public relations campaign to ensure that local motorists and those passing through would be aware of the most up-to-date traffic patterns.
