Enlign Business Brokers Handle Sale Of Iatria Health Center Creedmoor Road Location

RALEIGH, N.C. – Jeff Snell, principal broker and founder of Enlign Business Brokers, has announced that the company brokered the sale of Iatria Health Center’s Creedmoor location, located at 8020 Creedmoor Road in Raleigh. The transaction transferred ownership from Dr. Angela Baylis, the original Iatria Health Center owner, to Dr. Jennifer Greenfield.

As the new managing partner and owner of Iatria Health Center’s Creedmoor location, Greenfield will oversee the hiring, training, and management of staff, as well as inventory, sales, and development of, the location’s client base. Baylis will continue to assist the Creedmoor location but will be based in the Wakefield office.
