Erica Hand Receives Commercial Lines Customer Specialist Designation

Charlotte, NC – Chris Cammack, President of Carpenter, Cammack & Associates, Inc., has announced that Erica Hand, Branch Service Coordinator at the firm’s Charlotte office, has received her Commercial Lines Customer Specialist Designation after completing the Hartford Customer Service Representative Development Program.  The program is designed for individuals transitioning from another segment of insurance, as well as, those individuals being promoted to a new position with limited insurance knowledge.  Hand will be able to gather necessary information to effectively meet customers’ needs and expectations, analyze coverages and recommend appropriate coverages to carriers and insureds, and document files to reduce E&O vulnerabilities.  The program involves 4 weeks of highly structured curriculum for in-house study and two weeks of concentrated technical classroom training.
