Excellent Customer Service Does Not Go Unnoticed

I am a big fan of eating out when by budget permits. I love good food and try not to always opt for the greasy pizza and wings that are my favorite. This is why I was looking forward to trying Pita Delite – I love pita and hummus so I was hoping this would be my new spot for a dinner that wouldn’t clog my arteries. I was not disappointed. Located in the Kroger shopping center at Creedmoor and Strickland, Pita Delite recently opened and is newly decorated inside, it’s very clean with fun paintings as well. The main draw for me though was the people working. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by the guy cooking. It wasn’t one of those canned greetings that they do because it is company policy either, it was a genuine hello that made it clear he appreciated our business. The gentleman who took our order was also pleasant, he was very polite and friendly. I feel like it is so rare in food service to have someone who acts like they are happy to be serving you. My hummus platter was tasty and had plenty of food. The pita was warmed, everything was great. Next time you’re in North Raleigh, be sure to check it out!
