DURHAM, N.C. – Marc Reynolds, general manager of Falls Village Golf Club, has announced that the club will host the 37th annual Exchange Club of Durham charity golf tournament on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. The 18-hole tournament will be played in a four-person “captain’s choice” format, and will feature over 80 players. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Exchange Club’s Center for Prevention of Child Abuse.
“We are pleased to host the Exchange Club of Durham,” said Reynolds. “It is important to our club that we continue to support organizations that improve the overall quality of our community.”

The Exchange Club of Durham is a charter organization of the National Exchange Club. Formed in 1911, in Detroit, MI, the national organization now represents an organized nonprofit educational organization aimed at helping local Exchange Clubs realize their full potential of community service. The Durham Exchange Club, which was founded in 1941, provides job training and job placement for adults living with physical and mental handicaps.
