Greystone at Widewaters – Concierge Service

by Greystone

I do not mean to brag – well, brag too much, maybe I should say – but I live in an exclusive luxury apartment development that treats me so well that I receive the same service there as if I were staying at a five-star hotel. What I mean is, I have my own concierge service.

At Greystone at Widewaters, my newest residence in Knightdale off U.S. 64 Bypass near Interstate 540, I am only a phone call away from having someone else do tasks for me while I am at work or off shopping or visiting friends. What convenience! And consider what I can have the concierge service, located at the Greystone leasing office, do for me:

1)Pick up packages delivered for me and secure them safely.

2)Enjoy complimentary cookies and coffees any time of the day.

3)Drop clothes off for dry cleaning, and of course pick them up at the office when ready.

4)Borrow tools – even borrow a fully equipped tool box!

5)Use paint for touch-up jobs (they even provide a brush and stirrer!).

6)A stud sensor, to find the perfect location for hanging a picture in your apartment (yeah, I thought it was something else too at first, but I still like it!).

7)Locate tickets to area events – ball games, plays and so on.

8)Buy postage stamps.

9)Receive change for up to $5 (anyone who pays at pay meters and/or buys newspapers knows how essential this feature is to make it through the day!).

10)Provide maintenance service 24/7 for emergency situations and accidental lock-outs.

All of this is good stuff. But you cannot take advantage of them if you are not a resident of Greystone at Widewaters.

So, if you would like to do so, why not visit Greystone at Widewaters, here online (http://www.greystoneatwidewaters.com/) or in person? I would love to have you as a neighbor so we can talk about this service and all the other great features that make me proud to call Greystone at Widewaters home.
