Greystone at Widewaters – Furnishings

by Greystone

Hardwood floors. Ceiling fans. Maple cabinets. Sounds like a nice house, doesn’t it?

Only it is not a house, but an apartment. In fact, it describes every apartment at Greystone at Widewaters, a new exclusive luxury apartment development located in Knightdale off U.S. 64 Bypass near Interstate 540. Every one of them comes with standard features that are, well, not so standard for many other apartments I have seen in the Triangle.

Take for example the kitchens. They all include new sleek GE appliances in black, including the refrigerator, stove and oven. Illuminating them and other rooms in the house are upgraded lighting.

Other amenities included in my (and maybe your) apartment at Greystone are individual washer and dryer units (thus no need to take your clothes outside to some community cleaner and hope that all the machines are not taken – I love that feature), a built-in desk and a balcony. Yes, you will be able to walk outside on your own balcony even if you live in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at Greystone. They simply refuse to have any of their residents live noticeably less well than the others no matter what is the size of their unit – only the best will do. That impresses me a great deal.

There are other appealing aspects about the Greystone complex beyond its apartments, including its clubhouse, pool, business center, concierge service … oh, why should I bore you with the details? You can discover them all just by going to the Greystone at Widewaters Web site (http://www.greystoneatwidewaters.com/) or visiting its office in person. Experience the touch of class Greystone brings to living in an apartment, and you could find it provides you with everything you expect to find in a house that can be yours for just a standard apartment price.
