RALEIGH, N.C. – Wendy Coulter, president of Hummingbird Creative Group, a Raleigh-based creative services firm, has announced that the firm has received the Business of the Year award. The award was presented on May 19 at the 2007 Small Business Awards hosted by the Cary Chamber of Commerce. Hummingbird was recognized for excellence in innovation and creativity. In order to be eligible for the award, a company must have been in business for at least two years, have fewer than 50 employees or less than $3 million in 2005 sales, and be privately held.
