Jack Astor’s Bar And Grill Announces New Employee

CARY, N.C. – Jim Mallon, managing partner of Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, located at 2300 Walnut Street in Cary, has announced that Erich Hauptman has joined the restaurant as promotions manager. In this position, Hauptman will be responsible for handling sales and marketing efforts as well as overseeing the operations of the bar. He has 16 years of industry experience, including work at the Hard Rock Cafes in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Destin, Fla. Originally from New York, Hauptman resides in Holly Springs with his wife, Beth, their two sons, Dominic and Collin, and their daughter, Camryn.

“We are excited to welcome Erich to Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill,” said Mallon. “His extensive experience in the restaurant industry will prove valuable in our continuous efforts to improve the dining experience and make it as best as possible for our guests.”
