Jack Astor’s Bar And Grill Announces New Managing Partner

CARY, N.C. – Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, a restaurant located at 2300 Walnut Street in Cary, has announced that Jim Mallon has joined the firm as managing partner. In this position, Mallon will be responsible for handling management development and marketing efforts as well as overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. He has 34 years of experience in the restaurant industry and resides in Cary with his wife, Debbie, two daughters, Jamie, 24, and Nicole, 7, and one son, Pat, 23.

“I am honored to be part of the Jack Astor’s team,” said Mallon. “We have big plans for activities and events at the restaurant in upcoming months, and I look forward to implementing them with our staff.”
