JDavis Architects, PLLC Announces Director Of Residential Design

Raleigh, NC – Jeff Davis, president of JDavis Architects, PLLC, a full-service architecture, landscape architecture and interior design firm, has announced that Joe Stein, AIA has joined the firm as director of residential design. In this position, Stein will serve as the principal design architect for the firm’s new residential architecture design studio, which will include design projects in both attached and detached single-family houses. Stein will be responsible for the management and coordination of projects within the residential studio, as well as take a lead role in all phases of the studio’s marketing, project management and client relations.

Stein holds over 28 years of industry experience. Prior to joining JDavis Architects, he served as vice president of research and design for M/I Homes in Columbus, Ohio and mid-Atlantic regional architect for Centex homes in Raleigh, North Carolina. Stein is a licensed architect, and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). A native of California, he resides in Raleigh.
