Landquest Announces New Employee

RALEIGH, N.C. – Jeffrey Milligan, senior vice president of Landquest, a residential development firm specializing in the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of communities on the East Coast, has announced that Karen McKhann has joined the firm as administrative assistant. In this position, McKhann will support the company’s general counsel, focusing on contract preparation, contract compliance and risk management. She previously served as executive assistant to the general counsel for a multi-national corporation and brings more than 20 years of administrative experience to the firm.
