Late Night with Roy

With UNC’s less than stellar football record this season, it’s definitely a relief to hear that basketball season is just around the corner. The season officially kicks off tonight at “Late Night with Roy,” hosted by ESPN anchor and UNC alumnus Stuart Scott. Before the team starts their first basketball practice, they’ll show off the dance moves they’ve been practicing all week. Last year’s dance included hula skirts! Team members also said there should be surprises this year, in addition to the usual dance, skits and scrimmage.
The show starts at 7 p.m. at the Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill and is free to the general public. Doors open at 6 p.m. – get there early if you want a good seat!
