RALEIGH, N.C. – Lou Jurkowski, chief executive officer of BJAC, p.a., one of the largest woman-owned design firms in the Southeast, has announced that Linda Kulka, director of interiors, has founded the Carolina Healthcare Interior Design Group. The group meets quarterly to discuss issues that designers face in North and South Carolina and attend tours and lectures that relate to the interior design of healthcare buildings. Kulka has extensive interior architecture experience, including work with many of North Carolina’s hospitals.
“I am pleased that Linda took the initiative to begin such a vital group,” said Jurkowski. “Her leadership has been an important contribution to BJAC, and I am certain that the group will improve the quality and scope of interior design in the region.”
