Morrisville, NC – Lou Ferrero, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tuscany Ventures and Director of Clique Capital, has been named to the Active Data Services, Inc. Board of Directors.  As a member of the Board, Ferrero will contribute his knowledge and past industry experience to ensure that the firm remains an industry leader and continues to provide top-quality service to its clients.  He is recently retired from his position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Conesco Global Investments.  A graduate of The University of Florida with degrees in economics, marketing and computer science, Ferrero has more than 30 years of both international and domestic business experience, including a variety of major acquisitions, joint ventures and new business startups.
