Most Beautiful Place Outside North Carolina

I’ve always prided myself on going against the grain, but more importantly I hate traffic and crowds, so I headed to Mount Rogers, V.A. for my long-anticipated Memorial Day. I spent two days horseback riding with my family on the side of the most beautiful mountain. It’s funny because I’ve lived there all my life and not until I spent a couple months away did I realize that it’s gorgeous. But by no means do I like to camp. I love the outdoors and I enjoy hiking but I hate bugs and snakes. We don’t camp. My mama just moves everything from our house into a horse trailer. Her horse trailer is fully equipped with hardwood floors, stove, full bathroom and full-size refrigerator. I wasn’t sure about it at first, but it was nice to come back to a home-cooked meal after 6 hours of horseback riding.
