NIXdesign And Karacom Creative Tapped To Create Brochure For Downtown Raleigh Alliance

Raleigh, N.C. – Nancy Hormann, President and CEO of Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) has announced that NIXdesign and Karacom Creative will donate their services to create a brochure on the city of Raleigh’s Façade Improvement Grant Program, which is available to businesses in downtown and older commercial areas. The brochure will be used to encourage revitalization in older areas by informing businesses of the money available for upgrading their buildings’ exterior appearance through the grant program. Karacom Creative will write the brochure’s text, while NIXdesign will create the layout and design.   

“We are delighted that NIXdesign and Karacom Creative have donated their expert services to our organization and we are fortunate that they are committed to the improvement of downtown,” said Hormann. “The Raleigh Façade Improvement Grant has assisted more than 100 buildings, attracting new customers along the way, so it is important that we let people know about this opportunity.”
