A presentation by Jamie Glenn of Trulia presented what he calls the top 50 online ways to market real estate It includes many specific Web sites he recommends for sellers to use, from the ones we have mentioned previously such as Facebook to the less familiar ones such as Tubemogul.
Online Marketing Via Videos
With at least seven out of every 10 Internet users now being connected via broadband, there naturally exists a majority of users watching videos on them as well. The Pew Internet & American Life Project reports that 57 percent of Internet users have watched videos online and that 19 percent of them share what they find with others in a typical day.
Tim O’Keefe recommends that while online marketing via video does exist, it can have its pitfalls if real estate professionals invest too much focusing on the coolness of the content rather than the content itself.

Social Networks for Real Estate
Does your buyer or seller (or potential buyer or seller) have questions they want to ask your firm about your properties or the real estate market, and they do not necessarily want any particular person to answer them? You may want to add a social network element to your Web site to handle this demand and bring more customer traffic to it. For examples of this, visit these sources already in existence: Trulia Voices, Zillow and Property Qube.
Google Base
In case you have not yet heard about it, Google Base is a specific element of the Google Web site that allows real estate agents to submit free listings to it to be stored and ready to be found by Google users who do searches for real estate. Users who do real estate searches on Google with specific attributes (e.g., “2-bedroom” or “New Orleans area”) can see their results displayed on a map, focused on the neighborhood and types of properties that they want the most.
Google claims that more than 56 percent of all Internet searches on “real estate” and related terms are conducted on its Web site, and the majority of those searchers are actively looking for listings or referrals to brokers and agents.
