RALEIGH, N.C. – Ragsdale Liggett PLLC has announced that Richard O. Bolton has joined the law firm as an associate attorney. Bolton practices in the real estate department and represents real estate developers, lenders and title companies, focusing on real estate transactions, the formation of corporate entities for ownership of real estate and the representation of businesses in lease negotiations.

Prior to Ragsdale Liggett, Bolton was an attorney at Boxley, Bolton & Garber, LLP, where he practiced probate, estate planning, real estate law, corporate law and civil litigation. A Raleigh native, Bolton received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Wake Forest University in 1994. He received his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 1998.
