RBC Centura Bank’s Ron W. Schappell Appointed Secretary To Cary Visual Art, Inc.

CARY, N.C. – Ron W. Schappell, senior market officer and commercial banker of RBC Centura Bank, has been appointed secretary to the Cary Visual Art, Inc. (CVA) Board of Directors. In this position, Schappell will be responsible for increasing awareness of Cary Visual Art, Inc. through the annual membership drive and will serve on the finance committee. Schappell, with a BSBA from East Carolina University and an MBA from Louisiana State University, has been assisting clients with financial needs for 19 years. In his nine years with RBC Centura, Schappell advises commercial banking clients that have revenues greater than $5 million. As an active resident of Cary, he serves as a volunteer with the YMCA “We Build People” campaign.
