Olde Towne is a 600-acre exclusive urban development, consisting of 2,400 residential home sites, 360,000 square feet of commercial and retail space – all complemented by the Robbins-designed 18-hole course. Located at the intersection of Rock Quarry and New Hope roads, the community will offer a wide variety of custom homes ranging from $150,000 to $500,000.
The development plans to preserve 240 acres, providing hiking trails, wildlife habitats, and public recreation in order to minimize the development’s environmental footprint. Olde Towne feature a diverse retail component for shopping, professional services and entertainment.
The course is designed to be both challenging by modern definitions and environmentally friendly. The par-68, 6,100-yard course will include 18 holes, a full training facility, a putting green and a 7,000-square foot clubhouse. There will be three challenging Par 5 holes of championship caliber, as well as continuous concrete cart paths.
