RALEIGH, N.C. – Rich Van Tassel, president of Royal Oaks Building Group LLC, a professional builder of fine homes throughout Raleigh, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex and Chapel Hill, has announced that Kyle Hassell has joined the company as a construction manager. In this position, Hassell will oversee project managers at nine Royal Oaks communities, as well as plan, direct and coordinate the day-to-day construction process. He joins the company with 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, including nine in the U.S. Naval Construction Force (SEABEES). Originally from Winston-Salem, N.C., Hassell resides in Fuquay-Varina with his wife, Lisa, and son, Zachary.
