RALEIGH, NC – Sepi Asefnia, president of SEPI Engineering Group, has announced that William Piver, PE, has been named vice president of site development. In this position, Piver will manage site development staff, projects, schedules and oversee client service. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in civil engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University, and has over 30 years experience in site planning, grading, erosion control, water, sewer and streets as well as construction management. Piver joins SEPI after 13 years of running his own practice, Piver & Associates, P.A.
