Southwest Airlines

by Allison Bohn

Flying can be a very stressful thing! Tonight I am flying home to Medina, Ohio for Easter. My flight leaves in about two and a half hours, and I am super excited to see my family. I decided about a week ago that I was going to fly back home this weekend, but I was worried that every airline would be booked because of the holiday weekend, or that prices were going to be outrageously expensive. My worries went away when I remembered that Southwest Airlines provides amazing prices on their flights and those prices never change just because you wait until the week before to order a ticket.

Over the past three years my fiancé and I have flown with Southwest due to our long-distance relationship. Now since we live by each other, I still and always will fly home to visit my family with Southwest Airlines! Every experience I have had with them has been positive. The thing that I love and appreciate the most about the airline is that you can switch flights when ever you would like, and are able to refund any ticket without a penalty.

When flying Southwest, the airline attendants are hilarious. Their ongoing humor eases my worries and stress while the plane is miles high in the air. Because I am a frequent flyer, the free drink vouchers help in that area as well! My fiancé and I have received a few free flights because of Southwest’s Rapid Rewards Program

There is a reason why Southwest is one of the most profitable airlines in the world. They do have assigned seating, so if you want to sit by a window or by the aisle you can. I promote Southwest Airlines to everyone I know that needs to book a flight. They have excellent customer service, and if a passenger ever has a problem, they listen, and try to fix the problem fast. I am sure Southwest will continue to be one of the largest airlines in the world.
