DURHAM, N.C. – Raven Manocchio, principal and business director for Stop Studios, an award-winning creative services firm specializing in communication design and event management, has announced that the firm has received the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) BOOM Award for the design of The Sarah P. Duke Gardens annual report. The firm was honored at the fourth biennial BOOM Gala held April 28 at the Nasher Museum of Art in Durham. This Best of the Carolinas Design Competition recognized and honored the cultivation of great design through the North Carolina chapter of AIGA. AIGA is the oldest and largest membership association for professionals engaged in the discipline, practice and culture of designing.
