RALEIGH, N.C. – Terry Bradley, president of the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association (RWHRMA), a non-profit human resources professional association and local affiliate of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), has been chosen to serve on SHRM’s Workforce Staffing and Development panel. Bradley was chosen by the SHRM board of directors Governance Committee to serve as one of the 12 exclusive special expertise panelists.
“I am honored the board of directors has chosen me for this panel,” said Bradley. “I am pleased to serve in this position for another year and look forward to promoting the high standards of SHRM and all of its affiliates.”
About Terry Bradley:
Terry Bradley has over 16 years experience in Human Resources. Bradley is currently responsible for leading various businesses within Research and Development where she provides innovative recruitment solutions. Her responsibilities include demonstrating business knowledge and creating a strategic recruitment plan to produce business results; delivering staffing services at all levels from senior management to entry-level employees; coaching and counseling managers when confronted with employee relations issues; partnering with colleagues including management to leverage harmonization of processes and way of working; and developing effective relationships based on trust. Bradley is an active volunteer with SHRM having served in many leadership positions within her local chapter.
